FRIDAY 9:27 a.m., Columbia — A man gave a gas station clerk on the 22200 block of Parrotts Ferry Road $31 dollars for gas Thursday night.The pump wouldn’t work so he went back inside and the clerk told him someone had already taken his gas. It was determined to be a civil issue.
